Location

Our monthly meetings for 2010 are held at River City Extreme in Monticello, MN. River City Extreme (bowling alley, sports bar, arcade, mini-golf) is located at 3875 School Blvd in Monticello, MN near where the Monticello Theater is located.

We will continue to receive a free meeting room thanks to the Monticello Arts Council. We appreciate River City Extreme and the Monticello Arts Council's help in obtaining this space. The actual room that we meet in has the potential to change each month within the building but will be at River City Extreme from now on. The room location will be posted each month on a white board located in the center of the hallway as you enter the front entrance on the bowling alley side of the building (front side, not the restaurant side). Normally the meeting room has been their banquet room but that can change. Be sure to watch for the white board to make sure which meeting room we have each month.

Other changes related to this change are that we have the opportunity to be served beverages and/or food at meetings as desired. River City Extreme has a full sports bar and is willing to send a waitress in at the beginning of each meeting to take orders if desired. We have asked for no interruptions after 7:15 PM however so that we can conduct the main topic part of our meetings undisturbed.
