12th Annual Happy Days Festival - City of Ramsey, MN
The City of Ramsey is holding their 12th Annual Happy Days Festival on Saturday, September 18th, 2010. As part of this, they are having a photo contest. As of 5/21/2010, the contest rules on their website were being corrected as they say that only residents are eligible to submit photos. I was contacted about this contest from one of the organizers and she sent me the corrected rules which I have included here. Photos must be taken within the city of Ramsey but you don't need to be a resident to enter. They said they are correcting the rules on their website yet today. This is open to Amateur photographers only.
